The following project was an official collaboration between the Braves, Trap Music Museum and Imaginink Studios in 2022. These are not finalized, however, these are the pre-printed “approved” designs. This project was special for obvious reasons. First, being a sports lover— there’s nothing like designing for some of your favorite teams. Second, Trap music—but it’s only right when it’s with the Trap Music Museum. Lastly, of course— my personal fave, art.

The concept for me came about growning up in a time when mixtapes were in heavy rotation. Hip Hop has always been at the forefront of my creative process. I wanted to capture the essence of mixtape/album covers that caught our attention with the flashy fonts, gold, bling, fire and nostalgic collage style designs. Albums like Big Tymers, Hot Boys, Lil Wayne’s “Tha Block is Hot” you know the vibes.

It was fun finding a “neutral” creative way to merge MLB baseball, trap music, and art together carefully enough to honor every part involved in this collaboration.
